I'm Wilhelm Keisst, the second violinist and ladies' man of the ensemble. Now, what turns me on to the joys of chamber music in general --- and, of course, to string quartets especially, is that there's lots and lots of classical and contemporary composers from which I'm able to choose. So, each time I perform with me colleagues in The Quartet of the Longbeards, that grants me the opportunity to delight in the playfulness chamber music provides.
